To hold or to secure dates for a reservation, please check the availability calendar first and then contact us. We will hold requested dates for up to 24 hours for our clients. After this, a refundable security deposit of $300 is required to confirm the reservation dates. An agreement is signed and your reservation is confirmed in this way. We have good referrals from previous guests, and we are able to provide this type of contact info, upon request.
A full condo cleaning is done prior to arrival and costs $69 per stay. Please leave the condo in same condition as found, with linens in laundry room, ready for cleaning.
Accidental damages insurances costs $59 and covers up to $1500.
Prepaid Electricity is $10 per night. This is more than ample. The average family uses about $10 per night, but it mostly depends on a/c use, hot water tank use and individual comfort levels and needs. If more electricity is needed, it is deducted from the security deposit.
Optional Airport transfers are available. The average cost per carload is $40 for 1-way, and $75 for 2-way.
